There are thousands of homes sold in the Boise market every year. There seems to be no shortage of homes, styles, options, and areas to look at, but there is always a challenge of finding a home that will work best for your lifestyle.

The Boise market is complicated and seems to change weekly. That is because whenever a home is sold in Tuscany Subdivision in Meridian, it affects the home prices in Meridian. Whenever a home is sold in Avimor Subdivision in Eagle, it is going to affect the home prices in Eagle, and so on.

If you have a list of homes that have sold last month, it can become obsolete very quickly as new homes come onto the market and go off of the market. Many of the buyers that I work with are attracted to these types of communities like Avimor, Hidden Springs, Tuscany, and Two Rivers. They tend to cost more to move into, but you also have more equity protection with the quality homes and CCnR's that go along with the community plus you get to enjoy the amenities while you live there which include pools, walking paths, clubhouses, shops, parks, and more.
